Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If you accept the return, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed and send the package. Do not accept returned items without first requesting a return.

Problems and issues:
Please review your order according to your recipes and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.


Exceptions / Non-Transferable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be transferred, such as hazardous goods (like food, flowers, or plants), medium-value goods (like special goods or personalized items), and personal kitchen items (like beauty products). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or queries about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept transfers of items on offer or purchase tariffs.

the fastest way to ensure the security of the purchase of the item you have and, once accepted the transfer, make a separate purchase of the new item.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union: Without prior notice, if the item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide justification. As before, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your transfer and inform you whether you have approved the refund or the order number. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please be aware that the bank or credit card issuer may experience some delays in the process.
